Castleton Managed Services is are delighted to announce that we will be working with Circle Voluntary Housing Association to provide them with a new hosted desktop managed IT infrastructure.
About CVHA
Circle Voluntary Housing Association was set up in 2003 to provide high quality social and affordable housing to families and individuals in the Dublin area. It now operates in 28 schemes across Dublin and Kildare, providing housing to approved applicants on local authority housing waiting lists. It also provides facilities management services. Circle VHA works in partnership with tenants, statutory and community-based agencies to enable socially responsible, environmentally acceptable and sustainable communities in its developments.
The Vision
This state of the art cloud-based solution will facilitate CVHA’s vision to make delivering services to customers seamless. Mobile technology will be used to provide user access to key applications, enabling staff to work from wherever they need to work. Castleton will work alongside the CVHA management team to help completely transform how the organisation operates. The new solution will deliver more than just IT, it will complement and help CVHA enhance their day to day operations, will be scalable to allow for further expansion of the organisation’s assets capabilities, and will result in a complete business transformation. Through Castleton, CVHA will provide employees with the tools to manage operations flexibly and drive efficiencies, delivering fit-for-purpose enhanced service delivery to its customers.
The Solution
Castleton will provide a cloud-managed desktop as a service hosted in Castleton Tier 3 data-centres complete with business continuity via Castleton’s leading backup and disaster recovery service and a managed service desk which will deliver support and service improvements to the Circle user base both remotely and onsite. The contract, which has a duration of five and a half years, builds upon the existing relationship Castleton has with Circle, who currently uses six of Castleton’s social housing software products.
