The Castleton Agile Customer app allows you to empower tenants by providing instant self-service access to information via IOS, Android and Windows tablets, and smart phones. Your customers can log a repair, pay their rent, view statements and view their full account history.

When used in conjunction with the form module, customer facing forms can be published for a range of services. On completion of a form tasks can be automated to trigger workflows, send email notifications or raise cases seamlessly.
