Our 1st line support desk will be your first point of contact at Castleton, who will deal with all customer queries and issues with the aim of problem resolution. If this cannot be established at first point of contact, it is raised to our 2nd and 3rd line support desk, who aim to resolve issues within agreed SLAs, according to priority.

We work hard to ensure open tickets are reviewed on a regular basis and we continually review our practises to improve internal operations to deliver a support service that meets our customer’s diverse business needs.

Product development

At the heart of Castleton sits our 15-strong UK product development team, who daily advance our research and development goals and continually look to enhance the functionality and performance of our existing solutions offering.

Our UK team is further strengthened by Castleton India, a team of technology-enthusiasts who provide added bandwidth and scalability to our software development and testing programme. Castleton’s investment in product development allows the company to respond quicker to market needs.
